Police Department Records Management
"Advanced Imaging brings speedy justice. It's fast,
it's quick, it's efficient. It's working well for us. We use
it to retrieve auto accident reports, and arrest reports.
Advanced has converted 5 years of backfile. Before we discovered
Advanced Imaging all our reports were filed by classification
and code number. Our staff had great difficulty finding [certain
documents]." "Now we can search by complainant,
victim, classification, and code. The service has been great.
We also like the fact that in addition to the CD-ROM, we have
a microfilm backup that is archival and is available for rescanning
if we need to migrate this information to the next media."

"Prior to using Advanced, Imaging, ... it could take
hours to find and copy the records. The first step would be
to look in the index and try to find the request based on
the information provided, which many times was not entirely
accurate. Then it took even more time to retrieve the item
in the original town council meeting packet. Now with the
CD-ROM system, it takes only minutes to find and retrieve
a record. All we need to know is the subject matter and the
approximate date it appeared on the town council docket."
-- Diane C. Mederos, Town clerk
Law firm Records Management
"We had used an outside storage facility and found that
the cost of storage and retrieval was too great. In addition
we were not pleased with the retrieval time, and were concerned
that if anything happened to our records while in storage
we had no backup. We began searching for a better way. After
interviewing several firms we chose Advanced Imaging as our
service provider.
Anyone can use Advanced Imaging's software which is absolutely
free. People with non-technical backgrounds are pleasantly
surprised with how easy the software is to use. The search
and retrieval of closed case files for our attorneys is so
simple now. We'll never go back to storing boxes of case files
again.
We were amazed to learn that our CD holds up to 20,000 pages.
That's a one 4 drawer filing cabinet of case files."

University Healthcare Records Management
"I am writing to tell you how thrilled the staff is
with your CD-ROM medical record scanning system. As you know,
we have a large student population and receive hundreds of
requests for copies of medical records and immunizations.
In the past we had to search through reels and reels of microfilm
in an attempt to find the student and then only to discover
that the quality of the film was less than ideal. Your CD-ROM
scanning system has decreased the search time considerably.
By simply searching on the name of social security number
they can quickly retrieve the record. They are then able to
view a "slide show" of the medical record and tag
the necessary files for printing. The quality of your imaging
is superior to the microfilm images of the past and since
we can print directly onto our laser printer the finished
product is clear and easily readable. An added benefit is
the decrease in storage space required for CD verses microfilm.
The staff is so pleased with your product that the only problem
I am faced with now is: 'how do I get administration to agree
to the scanning of the past four years of medical records'?
It was a pleasure dealing with such a professional staff of
individuals who understand the needs of their customers."

Health Services at Boston College
School Department Records Management
"Advanced Imaging's system is a 'Productivity Tool'
that can pay for itself with the ability to meet the challenge
of delivering archived information instantly. The Advanced
Imaging System has become an 'integral and indispensable part'
of how Attleboro School District does business. Public education
today is burdened with more paperwork then ever before. Advanced
has helped our staff minimize paper shuffling and searching
for student records and documents while keeping us in compliance
with local, state, and federal requirements."
-- Edward Stanton, School IT Director for the Attleboro
School Department
