ARE YOUR FILES
DISASTER PROOF?
Don't wait until it is too late!
Fire, flood, and natural disaster occur
more often than we would like to admit. Last year
a Taunton, Massachusetts's storage facility went up
in smoke. Four years ago in South Brunswick, NJ, a
state of the art record storage facility (Iron Mountain)
burned to the ground. You may recall that decades
ago a fire in the basement of our own Veterans Auditorium
destroyed ten years of RI State Records. All these
documents, at the very least, should have been backed
up on microfilm. Today, we can scan that microfilm
to CD-ROM.
Advanced Imaging's clients, leaders
in the Medical, Legal, Financial, and Educational
fields, have rejected offsite storage as a costly,
temporary solution that can have disastrous consequences.
Remember...
