Capture Documents on Film -
Each document is individually captured onto microfilm including documents with staples, clips, post-it notes, fragile labels, folds, or multiple sides.
- Onsite Microfilm Processing -
Advanced Imaging processes the micro film in our onsite processing lab.

Digitized -
The processed microfilm is then scanned into digital images.

Indexed -
We organize and index the digital images according to your specifications. For example, name, date of birth, id number.

Final Product -
We transfer the indexed images to CD and/or portable hard drive for easy retrieval.
